Silver Jubilee Activities (Draft)

  • The construction of Arch at the entrance of the school.
  • Release of Magazine / Sovereign.
  • Organizing events (sports events - fun games / quiz / camp fire)
  • Cultural activities on 23rd Saturday Night.
  • Photography and Video recording of the whole event.
  • Arranging accommodation for all the alumnus (includes staff and students)
  • Printed Flex banners
  • Customized T shirts for every one who are attending the event
  • Badges and invitations.
  • Felicitation Program:
    • Honoring (Mementos and fruit bowl) all the teachers and non-staff members who were and who are associated with the school in last 25 years.
    • Honoring of the students and alumnus for the outstanding performance in various fields.

Silver Jubilee Events (Draft)
The following events were also drafted for Saturday and Sunday.

Events on Saturday
  • Marathon or walkathon
  • Events – fun games and quiz events
  • Cultural Night – along with the camp fire
  • Bada Khana - Moon light dinner


Events on Sunday
v     10 to 1 pm : Main event
  • Ø      Inaugural of arch
  • Ø      Felicitation Program (Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff)
  • Ø      Release of magazine
  • Ø      Narration of history of Navodaya
  • Ø      Chief guest speech
  • Ø      Cultural events                                          

v     1 to 2.30 pm : Lunch
v     Formal send off to every one
