Report on JNVH Bengaluru Meeting

There was a gathering of more than 30 enthusiastic JNVH alumni, executive members and batch representatives under the
leadership of SHIVA PRASAD C (1989-1995) president of SJC
Committee. The following
responsibilities are assigned and voluntarily accepted from each batch.
The first topic discussed was the list of invitees for the Silver Jubilee function to be held on March 24th, 2013. Responsibility will be handled by Executive members with inputs from Principal & Teachers.
The various committees can identify the people (alumnus or students) for volunteering various activities and can be asked to perform any duty as seemed required at that point of time.
Accommodation committee : 2006 passed out batch have volunteered to take the responsibility of making travel arrangements, stay & Hospitality for all teachers, invitees and alumnus.
Sri Naveen Kumar Bhaktha Sir will be providing the list of staff till date. Need to contact each of them personally to ensure their availability & arrival to make arrangements for them.
Food & Snacks committee : 2005 passed out batch have volunteered to take the responsibility of food arrangements and service arrangement on 23rd night and 24th march morning and afternoon.
Stage & Decoration committee : Kalaswamy and 2008 passed out batch have volunteered to take the responsibility of setting up and decorating the stage, making seating and parking arrangements, setting up electrical & sound systems needed.
Cultural & Sports events committee : 2002 and 2010 passed out batch are jointly responsible for conducting cultural & sports activities on 23rd evening and 24th march 2013. As Cultural & Sports events are the major activities of the celebration, two batches, are given the responsibility.
Amount estimated for this whole Silver Jubilee Celebration is around 5 lakhs including travel arrangements, stay for staff; stage set up, mementos, invitation printing, food expenses, honoring teachers & staff, Printing of Magazine etc.

responsible for fund raising activities.
