As decided in the meeting, Alumni bank account got created and here are the following details. It’s a joint account held by the following people. Any withdrawal needs signatures of them and hence it is ‘Secure’.
While you make the donations via cash deposit in banks or through Net banking, please take care of the following. In the transaction comments / remarks, please mention your name and batch as per the below format.

Please confirm the account number before doing the transaction. And if you are going and depositing cash in bank, please ask the person who is accepting the money from you to give you the ‘TRANSACTION RFERENCE NUMBER’. Please make a note of this and communicate this to your batch representative. Each batch rep is expected to make a note of the donations from their batch in an excel sheet for better tracking.
There is no compulsion for alumni who are still studying, but if they are willing to donating the money on their own wish then they are heartily welcomed. There are no minimum amount criteria for them.
Subsequent to these, there were two more meetings held in Mysore in this regard and the updates of those meetings (MoM) would be shared very soon.

Friends, we need your support, volunteering and active participation from each one of you. And needless to say, to make this function possible and a successful one we need funds. So we earnestly request you come forward voluntarily to donate a minimum of Rs.1000/-. The plans are huge and we are expecting at least 5 lakhs to implement them. Please update the following form once you have transferred amount to the JNV Alumni Association Account. So that we can track the transaction.
