Mysore Meeting Report - JNVH Silver Jubilee
A meeting was conducted on 23-Jun-2013 to discuss about
Silver Jubilee function of JNV Chamarajanagar at Mahendra Conventional Hall.
The presence of Sri Siddaramegowda, Sri.RatanKumar Daniel,Sri. Naveen Kumar Baktha
and alumnus from various batches made the occasion a much more significant one.
The meeting started with a friendly welcome speech by
Alisu(A Li Suresh) and it was followed by the discussion on finalizing the
dates for the celebration. The dates finalized
for the celebration is 17th and 18th of August
and then the discussion flowed towards the events to be concentrated and taken
care in making the celebration a grand success.
Some of the topics discussed in the meeting are as listed
below.
- Inviting the guests for the event.
- Raising of fund for the celebration
- The construction of an arch at entrance of Vidyalaya as token of 25th anniversary celebration.
- Felicitation for all teaching and non-teaching staff of Vidyalaya( who are /were associated with Vidyalaya in the 25 years journey)
- Release of souvenir
- Cultural activities
- Accommodation and transport facilities
- Inviting photo and videography for the coverage of the event
- Printing of badges and invitation
- Arranging food and beverages during the event
A brief on
the activities in progress was also a part of discussion. An estimation
of budget was done for the celebration of the event. It was also
discussed that the PTC (Parent’s Teacher’s Counsel)of the Vidyalaya would be
asked for an extended support in making the celebration a successful one. Some of the
action items to be taken care immediately were highlighted.
